The site is located on Godoy Cruz in the province of Mendoza in Argentina and has a production capacity of 50 units per year, including generators, blades and nacelles.

Besides manufacturing units, the plant will also serve as technology research center with a generator test bench, a blade test bench and a composed materials laboratory among others. The modernization required an investment of approximately 5 million dollars and almost a year of working.
